As predicted, the weather has really warmed up now and it is HOT! But it’s going to get even hotter. Next Sunday is my birthday and it is going to be a doozy. I remember my Daddy telling me that the summer I was born was the hottest they had seen in a long time.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR

I’ve been bemoaning the fact that the weather has been cooler than I would like, and wishing that things would warm up. Well, I got my wish. Monday and Tuesday were in the 90’s, and today is supposed to be 102. Thank goodness this is temporary, though, at least until another month or so. June
